Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of others, please call 902.316.1404 as soon as you know you will not be able to keep your date & time booking.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. In-home services are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another people access to that booking time.

Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) or more in advance of the booking date/time date will be booked for another date & time at no additional cost.

A cancellation made less than 48 hours (2 days) in advance will be subject to a rebooking fee of $25CAD.

If TechWizGal shows up at your home, and no one is available for the booked appointment, we will charge a missed appointment fee/rebooking fee of $50CAD and the appointment can be rebooked.

If a tech issue that falls within our offered set of services is not able to be resolved while on-site in a timely fashion, we will make every effort possible to ensure you are either connected with the software/hardware manufacturer & they are dealing with the escalated issue or you are happy to the degree within our capabilities. We do not issue refunds.
